Vector artwork is an important part of your label design, but what exactly is it? Our introduction gives you a basic overview of why we ask for vector artwork, and the benefits it has for your labels.
Our artwork team would love to receive vector artwork in a .pdf or .ai format. We can accept some artwork in an image format for Flexographic and Digital orders.
If the artwork you provide is poor quality, we may not be able to use it, or your labels could look pixelated or blurry. We're happy to help re-creating some artwork in a suitable format, but please speak to us directly about this.
However, we don't have the capacity to create complex designs from scratch, such as product labels or promotional imagery.

We always send a PDF artwork proof for your approval prior to the production of labels with any new or amended artwork. If you need any amendments just let us know - we'll keep sending proofs until you approve the design.
All our artwork proofs are made by our design team rather than using automated processes, as we beleive it takes a real person to create the best possible outcome.
If you'd like a proof of a repeat order just to double check everything, just let our team know. We can also provide proofs for plain labels on request.
Our artwork team aim to produce proofs on a same day basis after your order details have been confirmed. If your order has lots of different variations or needs lots of adjustments it may take a bit longer.
